=What is list?=
List is having a RECORD of EVERY DROP and it's DETAILS ( What DROPPED, When it DROPPED, How long until it DROPPED ) that EVERYONE got from a SPECIFIC CASE in-game until it REPEATS.
By saying 'DROP' I mean in-game chat:

Once the list repeats itself you can use it to get whatever you want from that specific case because you already know what's going to drop and when.

=What am I selling?=
I have the full list of Limited VIP Mystery Box.
So just tell me which perm weapon you want to get and I will tell you when to open the case.

=How do I sell it?=
The buyer and I will chat on Skype or Discord, he will tell me which weapon he would like to get for permanent and I will tell him when to open the case in order to get it.
*I will not ask for any account details*

1) Combat Arms: Reloaded account with enough GP (2,500,000) or GC (3,000) to buy the Limited VIP Mystery Box.
2) PayPal account with $10.
3) Skype/Discord account.
