i wanna buy a Combat Arms Account which has a Satellite Scanner Permanent, the Rank doesn't matter for me but some other Perms would be nice on it
The Account has to be created in Europe.

I'm willing to pay 100€+ if the Account is worth it, i only pay via PayPal and with enough verification that you are the true Owner ( ID Card )
