i dont think you get more than 100 € for you acc sorry but the perm viper isnt so valuable you may think.

Do you mean that you can get a Viper Perm with 10€? ehmmm... NO.

Is realy hard to get a Viper perm on black hisec keys. And if you buy the spec month after month with nx do you need 100€ more or less to have it one year.
