I used WinRAR to make it. If you have WinRAR installed on your computer (im pretty sure you do) you can just right click a file/folder and click "Add to archive" then u'll get a window showing a whole bunch of options. Look for something that says "Create SFX archive" and ccheck it, then click OK.

How to get rid of login screen lag

Well after about an hour of rummaging through the client, I finally found the one file that is the opening video for BoI. You know, the snow and castle background. Well to get rid of this video/image and lag, go to your Battle of the Immortals folder, then go to the data folder, then SceneObjs folder, then SelectScene_ice folder. Inside the SelectScene_ice folder there will be a file called SGCQ_Login_ice.m4f.
If you delete that, it will get rid of the login video image and reduce login screen...

1. Xnview: Link
2. PhotoShop cs2: Link
3. Sothink SWF Quicker 4.5: Link
What to do now:
1. Now Once you have that open go to:
C:/ProgramFiles/Your-Client/data/flash/start.swf
