Exclamation error when opening NewestCOServer.exe

Hey, ive done everything right, and its working good, but when im trying to open newest co server in rikardo updated bin... the newestCOServer crashes... any idea what ive made wrong?

1 : it comes up an message that NewestCOServer crashed, and then i click "Dont Send"
2 : The cdm whrites "Ohanterat Undantag"

3 : then whrites the other things and just closes down....

this happens everytime and i dont know whats wrong... any idea?
Please help me im creating this server to enjoy whit my friends...

Wow I see alot of people with alot of problems... I had some of these problems when I first started so I used my brain and used and also the little search button on

But hmm let me see about 5 people 0 brain capacity to search...

Help

Okay I did everything. Everything is working fine but I got stuck at logging in. As soon as I want to log into the game it says maintenence thingy how can I solve this problem I got MySQL running, Newest CO Server running And I made an account [GM] Account.

Hmm I think I got a whole other situation here.
As you can see I putted rikardo folder in my C:
Im running as administrator.. tried on other service packs but not working..
I got Win7 64bit..

I would really appriciate if someone can help me out..
