Ok, so I had 6 errors, got them fixed and had 1 error left:

if (_item.FreeItem || _item.Locked)

Error 1 Operator '||' cannot be applied to operands of type 'bool' and 'int' C:\rock test server\rikardo updated\Game\Character.cs 3489 25 NewestCOServer


So, I changed that to this:
if(_item.FreeItem || _item.Locked == 1)

it got rid of the last error I had, but I was wondering if this was the correct way to fix it?

That correct, because it was defined as a bool but now its defined as a int.
