why don't you just put into the second rebirth NPC, for when it rbs just make the character learn the skill.

The paceco source has the exact same thing. + this should be learned when reborning, not by an NPC.

This npc is just if dont get skill when reborn in my source.
I just edited it so all get it, but okay.

Just so you know, that NPC you made probably would take you 5 times as much time as adding it to the rebirth code would do.
