Hopefully gonna be beta tomorrow at some point(patch 5180) however I'll only be starting to code PVP events tonight.

Need to clear a few things up and its bound to be buggy(hell, its beta).

Gonna start coding some events tonight gonna make a unique event 'HeadQuarters' yes the very same as Black ops(My version)

Name: Headquarters
Type: Event
How to Play: Your put into two teams. Red and blue(Might change colour) and you will be sent to a map and you must stay within about 5(x/y) away from an npc(does nothing just used for cords) for 10 seconds. the countdown will stop at 0 and your team is awarded a point unless killed, and the other way around. You get a point added for every time your opponents headquarters is captured. when one is captured you are teleported back to your teams headquarters. First to 10 wins. if none get to 10 within 10 minutes you will be teleported out and the team that captured the most headquarters wins, if both teams draw then its all a draw and both teams get half of the prize the winning team normally gets(like 1000CPs to winner).

Headquarters is just one of the unique event ideas I have. :P and yes this is bound to have some small bugs inside.

you click the npc and the countdown will start unless someone else is doing the countdown at the same time. if you go out of range then it will stop

Actually, it was the second best pvp server after AcidCo. Who says? It's just common sense, not just my opinion. It had more players than AcidCo and it was actual pvp unlike servers now they call it pvp then you gotta work for everything. nt

Because you have to work a bit you will atleast have something that will keep you more than just a day or two around.

Actually a good PVP server will keep you playing in other ways like events and stuff like that.

Well, i think those are not just enough, but thats just my opinion and you probably find a lot of people who say opposite.

Yeah alot of people will say different, but if you have enough Quests, tournaments and stuff then people will keep playing even if you do give them full super +12 etc when they first start.

Same with any server Leveling or PVP if people have stuff to do that keeps them occupied and happy then they will keep playing.

If you create Quests for PVP servers, it's like creating them for nothing. 2-3 hourly tournaments are enough and then, create, some features to keep the players entertained. Well, you people which are working on the C# sources and actually know to code ***** into, will find the ways to do it. I'm working on binary server, and i'm almost done with the PvP type coz some things cannot be done easily...Well, someone, in the end, will hit the bullseye and open a great PvP server...

My server would never be PVP. There is a section you can look in though if you're interested in finding a server. It's been said already and it's not hard to find.

It had a PK City. Players vs players 24/7 and nobody hated it. That's why alot of people played. Nice try though.

After a half year, then I can tell you.
Free gear will make peoples leave fast.
Tournaments and alot events will make them stay.
So combining getting gears by earning and tournaments, then you can success a pvp server, where peoples will stay.
