[Help] Taoist Attack Not Working

Hey guys I have tried loads of different things cant list them all..
Basically all my characters are working fine when I test them apart from Taoists.
For some reason their magic doesnt work nor does their mellee attack.
Can someone help me with this?
My source is NCOS heavily modified <By me> Converted (some) to MySql but I haven't done anything to the attack yet.
I logged on last night and taoists were working so I put myself to bed came back to it today to add a new NPC so I logged in to find coords and stuff attacked some mobs and its not working!
