Idk why somebody that doesn't have the minimum amount of logic to solve simple problems try to create a server.
But well, lets be productive.
You can look at 2 places, items.txt, cq_itemtype or whatever you call it and see if the item has the status it should add. Other than this, you can also check your equipment handler and see if you're adding the item status to the character status, which actually is such easy thing to do.
If you can't figure out how to do this, read about programming logic, OOP, C# and then start trying to figure out how conquer systems work, so after all that you can start coding a server.
