Is that ini folder still in your OldCODB?

In C:/OldCOBD/Config.ini open it and edit it

Like

[Database]
GameServerIP=IPHERE
ConquerPath=YOUR CONQUER PATH LIKE C:/PROGRAM AND FILES/ CONQUER 2.0/
WebServerPort=8080

[MySql]
User=root
Password=root
