TQ Binaries are illegal and not permitted to be posted on epvp. As a result those interested in using or developing using the bins generally do not stick around epvp so you won't find much help here.
There's a ton of sources available in the release section if you want something that works or you might want to try a different site if you want help with your bin server.
They're property of TQ Digital Entertainment. It would be foolish to start a private server with the binaries, very foolish. You're just asking for trouble by using them.
TQ binary's are illegal and you wont find much info about them or support here. Although what puzzles me is allowed on the EO section just not on the co it should have a global stance on it in my opinion.
