The button in client side. Or if its activated by packet, dont send that packet. Probably Update or General packet

i think its in client side,, do u have idea on what .ini file should i find or open?

Are the buttons there when you login and don't have any of those skills period?

If not, then as Yuki said, it is activated by a packet and needs to be deactivated the same.

its client side i think, cuz if ill use other client old clients that button dont appear, i dont wanna used that old client of mind kindly help me.

I dont use that high of a patch, so I don't even know what button your talking about.

But IF its not deactivated by a packet, and I would imagine it is, but if its not then your talking about a pretty big client edit.
And I would have to say that it might not be possible for you
