[Help] Open Port 80

Hello everyone, I have a problem with one thing on my server. I Install appsever and setup my web, all good, but other user can not connect to my page. Only me can see my web.

I live in Venezuela and my **** Internet company blocked me some ports.
I think I need the port is 80, Someone could tell me how can I open port 80?

Who can help me solve this problem would be extremely grateful!

Dont use port 80 when installing change port to 8080 or somthing

and dont open but when i use this

said "Could not establish database connection".

What i do wrong?
