how to make the item talk like the npc?

i right click an item then it let me choose some like

In your item usage you trigger the client using an npc.

There's no simpler way to explain it past re-stating exactly what it is you're trying to do. You go to where your source handles item usages... then link it up with where your source handles npc usages and pass it the correct id.
