Select your router model, follow instructions. If you're using a linksys and have issues accessing the menu, reset your router to factory default by holding reset buttont 30 seconds to 1 minute.
I had personal help from the site ip I gave, The guy used teamviewer and unstealthed my ports and made sure they were free to open hence problem solved. Shane was excellent in his help the address I gave is for people with absolutely no knowledge of computers, ports, or routers.
