[Help]mystic castle portal give me DC server

i have already opeaned my server succefully and all player join me .. i done all things with my self and in first all portal was work now mystic castle portal get server disconnect even there ips as the first time i get i cant make any roll backs cuz i have alot acc .. so can u help me in that and tell me how i can make this problem fixed and no disconnect while iam crossing the protal and i will be thx to you hope fast replay
