i thought people care about new items , so i've implemented +120 item

i thought people cares about full house system and full mining system

but i was so f wrong at everything , no one joined the server , almost 20 joined and left in the same day after asking for cps and insulting me
what's the hell wrong with this world ?
an egy (no offence im egy too) , get edited impulse source , a stolen website , create [GM]MOHAMED[PM] , change the phone number and paypal account at donation page , setup the server on 9.99$ vps , and get +500 player and 1.8k donations in 1 month ?
what's the **** wrong with this world ?

should i increase the rate ? just host a public source from any egy forum ? remove everything and on born you get directly to jail with all gears and all spells to pvp straight away and all people fight on donations? is that what people like ?

what do you think ? should i wait ? what people like ? and why such servers getting players with fake ads and such stupid rates and stupid system where monsters drops 1kk and dragon souls are 500kkk ?

forgive me but im super ****** , people (including me) is making fun of such stupid servers which gain players meanwhile in good servers just don't get players and end closing -.-

It takes work to build a server.

There isn't much demand for ANY servers anymore and so you have to find your niche and market yourself. It will take months to really build up a significant player base and you need to also have something unique that other servers don't have.


For hellmouth that was always fixing what I felt tq did wrong, ensuring donators didn't become overpowered and listening to my player base. Granted it never was a gigantic player base but that's how I marketed and kept players.

So yah... find what it is you want to create and are willing to put work into. There are a million servers out there and you'll just have to understand that there will always be ppl who don't like your style of server and that's ok.

im doing everything possible on server side , for 38 days and still until today im implementing new stuff day after day and fixing others
i've spend +17000 credits on some ptc website which worth +150 usd to get +20k visits in 5 days , did adv on 28 website , everytime someone join they ask for cps and when i refuse to give them they insult me and leave

i duno if i should increase rates ? turn it to pvp server (1 or 2 maps and removing all the useless threads,npcs,maps,mobs to give them the best ping they can ever get) ? stay with everything the same and just wait for people to get to know how stable the server is and how good it is ? i duno :\

but yes after all what you said is perfectly right , conquer private server community is kinda dead now

Well.. Pro4Never Is Right in that point i in my way would love to play Your server BUT if it is too hard i cant play it ... So i mean balance the rates try to be in the player position try to do everything to attaract players make it hard and needs some effort and not too easy for nubs!

I love hard servers, where u cant be maxed within few hours, but what i think is, that players whose would like to play server like this dont like those new ***** like pirate, monk and etc. are... Thats just my opinion.

I think you should keep your server as it is at this moment. Just be patient and more players will come up. I am going to give it try too.

I downloaded your client, extracted, everything was OK, but when i logged in and created my character i cant see my action bar... I changed resolution but it didnt help

well i feel bad toward ur server cuz ur server seemed too nice for me .. ( excuse me for not going ur server cuz i dont have Time ) but i liked ur server and i know that feeling when u do hard job and offering special server and no1 Joins .. Hope ur server Become popular one day

Does Monsters Drop Cps ? .. If Not try to make it alil bit easier ^_^ like 10 cps per 1 mob and ...Well Ur Server is Great i will download it For Sure
Also,Your server is harder than Elements V3 so try to make it more easier in making good sets so that we could lvl up faster ^_^

No, droping 10 cps per mob will switch server to stereotype. He made really nice cps system, u can exchange met for few cps etc. I love this cps system and its not so hard to make good sets. Please dont change it Andrew...

we haven't changed it every thing still the same but
i took 4 hrs yesterday to implement a new general drops system
7 tiers (level ranges ex. 0-20 , 20-40 , and so on) with rates depends on monster level
so now you gota reason to kill higher level monsters and not all server hunt in tc

also implemented a dialog reply for the packing item which gives you 9 different options of packing/exchanging
i've also added packing +1 stones and packing normal gems to gem pack
fixed gw conduc. 1 and 2
added npcs trading saddles for +1 steeds
implemented a dropping rate for vip one in +120 monsters with rate of 1-60000
also added so many stuff to count atm

@john please close this topic , it's not useful anymore , i decided to keep working no matter what , even if ill never get players ill still try thanks everyone

Basic rates I used on my server. Plus, there was a global variable around it. Well, I think when using 1x over the rate, it was similar to an official CO2 server.

Needed: -A pet (Just for attack more fast) -A archer (you :rolleyes: ) -Lot of arrows -Pet food That's really stupid, but its work... Find a goule, send a arrows if you hit send your pet. The goule can only attaque with magic but your pet block any of her attaque (you will see the spell start but no effect on you ;) ). You just have to move back when the monster is too near.
