Actually heatz there isn't really a section for this.
The edits section is no questions allowed (he could just search <_<) and the pserver section is not to do with edits.
There's already a full release in the edits section of how to edit maps and it includes a copy of the original files so you can restore at any pt to default and edit from there.
Moved it in here as the edits are normally asked in order to modify pserver client; but you are right on the fact that there is a thread for this; therefore, I believe that the question itself can be answered by said thread.
