Server is on hamachi for now until I get it fixed.
Have a lot of good events and often ones.
Barely no lag at all.
Patch 5017.
Almost on 24/7.

If you really plan on becoming a top dog... or even mediocre for that matter, you might want to think about actually working the set up more professionally.
I.E. building the GM team BEFORE people come in and start complaining and requesting and all that **** stuff.

also you shouldnt just pick people randomly or just because you like em, or just because they're your friends. Make sure you make them work, make sure they're 'REALLY' up for the task at hand. and above all, make sure they're not corrupt =p.

and last advice =) dont be a ***** of a head of the project, im sure you wont, but people can change.

I'm not going to choose random people and other things and i am thinking about choosing gms and ph really soon... People are moving into my server and i think i would be choosing soon but i got problems with my website and hope to fix that later on in the future. Thanks for your advice

What is hamachi? And why do everyone seem to use it?
Is it because noone knows how to setup their network to forward people to their server??
