Arco, pretty sure I remember you from years back.. After all the sources you've modded, how can you not know how to make a source from scratch? It's simple. Look up some server examples/tutorials for C# or any other source you like, and go from there. I made a simple source using nothing but Korvacs' wiki as a resource, and before that, just with guessing and trial and error. It's certainly possible.
