THIS ERROR IS KILLING ME " CAN YOU HELP PLEASE"

i log fine but after few mins i get this error i dc and i cant login none can until i re-open ..

info : doesnt matter which Source i use it keeps on happening, i cant get people to play cause of this.

please help me out

not sure but tryto look at line 1376 and check that line

its simple i used to get that error, it means someone made a char that already exists so there r 2 accs that share the same char
