IMO all of these scary stories are fake. But who knows, lol.

ONTOPIC :
- A new class, only achievable after second reborn level 135, and a lot of requirements, with some badass skills and low HP :P

- Maybe some items that drop from monsters, and as you pick them up they automatically restore your (and your teammates`) HP (Idea taken from Diablo III)
