Are you using Hamachi or your External IP? I'm assuming your External since it's not showing a Hamachi IP in the console. However if you are using Hamachi, then change the IP to your hamachi in the database. I don't know where exactly that is considering I haven't looked at this source.

The ports in LoaderSet.ini should be like this:

LoginPort=9959;
GamePort=5816;

The ports in GameServer should be the SAME.

Conquer_Online_Server -> Prorgam.cs

GamePort = 5816;
         AuthPort = 9959;

Open up the AuthServer project and search for:

Fw.Port = 5816

Make sure its 5816.

And about IP, if you are only testing it, use Hamachi IP, it'll work fine.

LoaderSet.ini it should be in your client folder, you have to log in through this Conquer Loader, download the V2 one.



Extract it in your Conquer folder.

One question, what version is the client you are using?
You need a 5369 client, if you don't have it, download it from here:
