Regarding to the 1-2-3 points, I assume you are using an auto voter.
"we don't wanna any noops be king" Seriously? That's not by this way that you will gain the respect of your server's community. Calling them "noops" only because they hunt for cps then get king.. Or maybe it's a P2W so only the donators can reach the king spot.
When you say "We would say its stable enough to be Online for 8 days without an error or problem ." does it means that the 9th day your server crashed? Because you also say "Players Online: 35 - 60 so far For first 15 days ." so your server has been online for more than 8 days.
