Sorry if this offends you in any way but hear this. If it's a thing that really bothers me when it comes about private server is that most of the server owners don't pay attention to the NPC dialogues. It's like writing a book like this "Hi I aM tHiS crEatOr of BooK and I liKe Pie 4 eVer tHe BesT boKK sOOn TO coMe KKThxBaY". It makes no sense... Why don't you pay attention and write that **** correctly? That's LQ, nobody likes LQ ****...

I would believe that v0rpal is referring to pretty much all of them. In English you are not supposed to capitalize the first letter of each and every word, this behavior mostly happens in German, but for English it simply isn't right, and doesn't look good on the eye; I might be mistaken, but this is what I could say based on the posted screenshots (yet I respect the decision of doing it the way the developer wanted to)
