Dont think thats a chat type, more likely the dialog type of general data.

Korv is right iirc. It's a npc dialogue packet. Try some npc dialogue subtypes and you may just get it

It's a subtype(6) of a NpcReply.
ex: SendMsgToClient(new NpcReply("HIIII", 6));
