Any idea what "It's too crowded inside, Please come back later" message is caused by?

Which client is this for? I'm not seeing anything pertaining to that verbiage in the 5017 or 5517 res inis.

It looks like it replaced "Server maintenance or network congested. Try again later." at some point. String id 10397. I'll add it to my list of error messages.

What a terrible way to identify a login issue. TQ really dropped the ball there. Any average user would assume that the server they are trying to log in to is at capacity.
