No More QOProxy

The packets were relatively easy to fix. Anyone with half a clue of knowledge of CO packets could easily make a fix and release it. This was with a few minutes of work. Got it all working (minus hp) with 4353. It's only a 2 byte difference on spawns + exp was changed :P
