and is it client side only or everybody else can see it black?

It is client side only, this is what ya need for it:
How to Edit DDS files
1) firstly u need to have
-3ds max
-Adobe Photoshop
-Jasc Paint Shop Pro
then install this plugin
to view DDS files
-Windows Texture Viewer
Version 0.63b

Pretty simple.
This file was created for the 120 teal archer coat, but you can use it for any color of 120 archer coat by
following these instructions...
If your armor is this color, then change the name of the file you just downloaded to...
Orange=003138300
Teal=003138400

Got bored so i made a 120 archer coat, i kinda liked how it turned out so here i am lol.
