Change name

How do I Change the name of Meteor when it's on ground but have the same name when it's in Inventory?

Edit: Or Change Silver so it's name is nothing as in you can't see the name but u see the silver.

I Need Someone with good hexing skills,Someone that knows how to change Itemtype and make some names vanish without ruining others.

Edit: So far I have made so Silver,Sycce,Gold,GoldBar and GoldBars names are not shown,but I have to add back GoldBar,GoldBars and Gold Or just take a new Itemtype and remove Silver and sycce
