There're plenty of posts in the guides section reguarding how to get into bot jail. My suggestion, however, is to get the old CoTobo (v0.35 i think) and use an unpacked conquer.exe to run it. Then just use its shortcuts like repair, drop trash items, or w/e to send the old packets to the server and bam you're there. Just do that with a char who has 100k in its inventory and you can get ur other char out. But as I read the CO site, Warden doesn't take 100k anymore...dunno havn't checked it myself.
