I'm a noob in packets, but is there not a possibility to send packets in order to tell the server that an item has not been picked up even if it is in your inventory? If that is the case, a bot may be made in order to drop/pick up items until one finds +1's?

This got fixed years ago ^^.. There was a way to pick up items on floor, even if there wasnt any

There was no +1 years ago... and it was never possible
