CO 1.6

Hi peeps.

As many of you might have known, CO-China has been running the newest version of CO1.6 for quite some time already (more than 6months as far as i know). So i tried to download the chinese client and installed it on my computer. I did change the server.dat files and edited it to the english servers. However when i tried to log in, it told me wrong version. May i know if i can edit any files so that the info i am sending to the server is what they wanted. I wanted to check out the new effects in this new version.

just a thought... try changing the version.dat to the same as english CO altho i have it as 9999 so that it doesnt update o.O

you need the correct Conquer.exe (the Chinese one I suppose)

i have changed the version.dat and server.dat and the ss below is what i got when logging in. 1 thing i am unsure of, isn't all CO use same technology, p2p is used in all the chats and stuffs isn't it? Is there any difference between chinese CO and english CO(besides the language =.-)?

you don't have to pay to play CS... :/ Just one time.. and that is when you buy it...
