It doesnt drop anymore. If you dont have it now u won't have it ever. And on new servers it doesn't exist.

I doubt your friend got it from bandits. Did you see it? Did you talk to the person he sold it too? I highly doubt he found it.

I heared it should still be possible to find nd at poltergeist but really really rare. like 1 nd per month.
so imho the only usefull way is toexchange all dances to nd.
this exchange works all time as i was told not only during the quest. but you need to find all dances before ^^

yes - talked to the guy that found it and the guy that posted in Msg that he bought ND for 300k (correcting myslef: not my friend - someone I know)
yes - I am sure they are 2 different ppl irl

i thought i remember reading in the forms that it doesnt drop anymore they said " richer rewards instead of nds will be givin" as far as i know no one has gotten nds since before the easterquest that was the whole point of having it with the easter quest one last time to get it so if you dont got it then ur not geting it ppl that "say" they found it probly got bombscroll or a dance book and sold it for 300k to make a buck
