As far as I know you have to use a db.

I dont think there is a way...Seeing as though no packet can be sent to do so, no files can be edited...nothing like that..

Only way i see it done is if you actually get into the server itself and change it there. But thats VERY risky, and FAR too advanced for me to even have the first clue.

I don't think there is a way to "get into the server" without actually sending a trojan or having direct access to one of their servers. hehehehe we could slowly send a trojan though thousands of packets. hahhaha but then they would have to be assembled on the other end... hmmmm.... maybe we could get a person on the inside. lol

after 120 you can

even for non rbs.
so in lvl 121 you use a db to reset them like a rb char can from lvl 70
