Well latly I've been clearing 3DEffect.ini before I went into TG so I could reduce lag but when I went back into Conquer to play it there were no effects, not even teleporters, and that was really annoying. So I edited 3DEffect.ini to only show the teleporters. I hope that someone is able to get use out of this. =)
I sure hope nothing like this has been posted before. heh
