faster fc casting?

as all taos know that there is a chant period for fc, bomb, and fire ball. Is it possible to get rid of this chant period?

im thinking the counter is client side, so when you cast say fc, your client counts 5 secs and then tell the server to cast it.

if that true, maybe a little packet modding will do the trick? :?

i dont think so,since the spell time is serversided

But u can cast another fc before first end ,minimum delay is about 3.4 s
