He is right, just re-download the client without any download accelerators going. Also when your installing/extracting a client, make sure not to do to many things, if the computer lags up while installing, you could end up missing a lot of files. Sometimes Win7 is a ***** with its permissions, try changing the permission for the install from Win7 to WinXP with run as administrator option selected. This should help, if not message me.
