I usually kill the person who's sitting on my things, or let the mobs do it lol. It's quicker .
But it also works as Darkmerix said.

Yea, but that sucks if the one is an archer, because if he attacks you, you will stop running.

maybe a speedhack can do it...

More specifically, go offscreen (about 1/2 screen away) and shift screen over till u only see the item- this works in mkt too against campers. And yeah speedhack works well for this.
