No but really.. it's kind of random people.. no total noobs in there anyway.
Not all members are coders though and if you look at the list only half of them are active.

That sounds alright but I think it might be better if there were a dedicated program to get those newer files from the server, that way everyone won't have to code it into their tools.

We have to code the tools to read the file anyway so a few lines more wont be much work, either way both options are possible.

I think a straight file of like

address:description
address:description
address:description

would be best because 1, ini is slow loading, but 2, it'd be more readable than a file like

[ADDRESSES]
address1=0x000A
decription1=HP

or something similar. Also reading address:description(or anything else - an identifier to id the address) would be a lot easier because all you need is a tokenizer class.

.. but that's just me

both of the methods seems perfectly fine to me
not like reading few address will make a huge difference
besides when i test my Easy2Find program, i search 4byte-value 1 and i saved 300+ address in INI and load it
maybe my reaction is too slow, it just somehow display less than a second

anyways, format is not important, i am sure we all have the ability to make a function to read it. i am more interested in the contents

voted for keeping all, CO2M8 is a tool I can never do without. whether I am hunting, lvling or even chatting and browsing through my sellers, I always want it up.
Keep it please.

As for M's Idea of Hosting the file remotely, it is an excellent IDEA, but I think as was mentioned later on it should only be for updating the local file. this will dramatically decrease the bandwidth consumption that will occur if it was all live.

Memory Table System For CO2 If you write programs for CO2 that require memory addresses heres your chance to become client version independent. Sick of continuously having to rebuild your programs? well nows your chance to make your program client version independent, just rewrite your code to read the memory addresses from the ma-global.inf file attached in this thread instead of hard wiring them into your code. With this system all the user has to do is get the new memory table and bang...
