i have the same situation, anyone here can help me resolve this, its impossible to delete it, i believe this bug is from storing the christnas quest items into it. i believe its the pages from the xmas quest... now its impossible to delete them nor remove them because if u click it, it will log u off CO or errors your or DC u

i remember i could make all items look like this playing around with cheat engine and changing memories i would just reinstall

This is what happens when you use M's multihack and you use the herc hack, allowing you to use hercules with any two weapons.
