Yes. They just "Break" and can be repaired by paying whatever the cost is.

10. An item will not disappear once its Durability has decreased to zero. You can fix a broken item with 5 meteors.

this is still not very usefull coz if u bot like all day-night the item which gets dura to 0 will unequip making you to get more damage from mobs another word you will probably die and loose it anyways

They un-equip?o.0 I remember when I was stacking with a 0/0 dura for awhile and it didnt unequip,it just does'nt have any effect,also,why would you bot all day,only noobs do that without intervals or repairing
