How to lvl a water tao 130??

buy db's make you gear full super +4 atleast for maximum potency

and some rainbow gems....

you can't lvl that easy a water, only water-water you can reach 130

if u r rb get wand or some weapon if u r not... plvl is best way

My non-rb water is level 128 right now. All I did was get 2 socketed elite Spear level 5 or 10 (no strength requirements), put +5 and 2 RRG. Than upgrade level of that weapon at market and TG this character all day long 7 days a week. Most of the time with full socket SRG and SDG mix and stigma. Its like 2 months now.
