How i can create acc on my own server

I created own server but i dont know how i can make acc. Im using pgadminIII.

I need also a backup file which i can extract to pgadminIII i cant find them. I hope someone can help me. THX

1~) Well Done I tried making my own serv but i failed miserably lol.

2~) If you head over to and register on the forum im SURE that Ultimate or one of the others can help, its a new pvp server

I had a Server up and Running, But then I screwed something up, And no matter what I done, Even delete server, and remake, It kept remembering the Screwed edits I had done, prolly my Main PC database, So I gave up. Will do 1 again 1day.
