MrTeenies Effect Removal Tool v2

After the latest patch I can't seem to use the effect removal tool anymore.. >.>

I haven't yet combed through this post to find if there are any changes teenie suggested I should add, but off the top dling it and setting it up , I have found no change.

Just thought id pipe in.

hey, MrTeenie...gud day to u... do u have a program for repairing item would not be remove from the char.. i mean, not removing the items on the char on the char in repairing..

Also, I have a stupid question that i hope someone can answer. Since i got an update today, my crappy computer has the " dx error, check your video card driver" error msg... Is there any way to make conquer run using less memory, or whatever would fix that.
Either way, im gettin a new video card soon,which would fix said problem, but i would rather be playing than posting on forums, lol

this is the dogs as a quick fix while waiting for COtobo thnx m8 at least this doesnt affect your nd or fish.
