Ranked play, gamepass ultimate?
Can you no longer play ranked with gamepass?
I’ve got 50 wins, but says Black ops 6 or gamepass purchase required?

Nope, I perm spoofed months ago. But I have another account that I use on same pc and it works fine.

you can't do ranked play with the trial gamepass, I think if you actually subscribed for the 30 day gamepass you can play though

I know you can’t with trial account, but i purchased full game pass and paid full price through Microsoft.

Hey, im new to PC (previous PS5) but was about to ask this question.
If you buy through Steam can you still play on ranked or do you need a game pass too?

If you buy on steam then you inly get to play on steam, in fact even if you get CoD points for a specific platform, they will only show on said plaform.

Have you tried logging out and in your account?
If nothing works, try submitting a ticket to Xbox support

Tried everything, gave up. Live chat even took the game pass off and put it back on etc. logged out logged in, re installed, tried it all.

it just a problem with xbox, contact their support. they will reset gamepass for you and it start working.
btw gamepass has to be only PC games or Ultimate.

That's weird, usually they would just reset your gamepass subscription and it would work.
Maybe ask for a refund this time

When I had the 14 day trial I couldn’t play ranked. Except some weird times I would log on and it would let me get into it but I never started a game. After the trial expired, I had my card attached to the account deactivated so it didn’t auto renew the subscription at $16 or whatever. The transaction failed for the $16, but still granted me the full pass. So, currently sitting with the full PC game pass and am able to play ranked. Up to silver 2 already. But yeah I know this won’t last if I don’t pay it.
Probably not a ton of help in your situation, but thought I’d share.

Seems like they locked ranked behind gamepass or full game purchase now, that’s why it’s showing that message
