PO best cheat but worst Customer Service?

Hi, I would like to tell you about my experience with PO.
I can use it for 2-3 day after i reiceive a code that told "Invalid Key".
Open a ticket on their website and they reply this
"You were suspended from the loader for having DriverView open when you injected. We'll need to take a look at this on our end and see what we can do. We'll have an update for you soon."
ok I say. explaining that I had downloaded driver viewer days ago to see when richochet would be active and that I did not read this prohibition anywhere in the regulation.
he told me he wasn't accusing me of anything, and that they just had to check a few things.
After spent 30 € for a month and wait a week after this ticket i'm still unabled to use their loader.
has anyone had the same or similaro problem?

Even if Zebleer has a good reason to keep you suspended, he might be nice enough to give you a refund, don't worry

You are not waiting days for a normal support issue to be resolved...

You are waiting days because I have to determine if I believe your story based on the information I have. For security, our loader bans anyone deemed as a threat. Running what you were running when the loader was open was obviously one of these situations.

For the improved security and satisfactions of my customers, I must protect my loader and my cheats, obviously.

So, is this bad customer service or good security?

To hopefully settle you down, I'd like to inform you that I would indeed refund your money if your appeal was denied. You could also, at any time, just demand a refund in the ticket and Fika would process it (and the ban would stay).

For you to act like we have bad customer support is a slap to the face of my support staff. Your issue is the only situation in which support requests take more than a day to resolve.

Yes. I would have taken care of him with or without this posting in which he acts like he has a normal customer service issue.

This isn't exactly a typical support request considering my loader banned him for malicious suspicion.

Yes indeed. They either get unbanned or they get their money back. It's how it's always worked unless we catch them doing it over and over.

No problem at all. My reply to you was a little more strongly worded than it should have been.

If you really are innocent, then I can understand why you would make this post as a customer who felt wronged by the wait time.

There are 3 loader ban appeals waiting. I will resolve them all today. I assume you are one of them. Apologies for the wait.

This is Cheat 101, You don't mess with the cheat client Period. You have good luck that this was PO and he decided to forgive you and even offer Refund. If this was some other provider you would have banned from their services forever,

Can be used to debug to see which driver the loader loads. Sniff that driver and leak it to the AC in case they care about it.
