Am I hardware banned or hardware flagged

Whenever I make new accounts they get shadowbanned then after the shadow ban I can use them. Am I hardware banned or flagged? If I use them after the shadow ban is up will they get banned again or will they be ok? My main account was hijacked and whoever took it got it perma banned

If you create new account after perm banned and they are shadowed but get to play them after the 7-10 day mark, then you are flagged but if you make a new account and it’s perm banned after a day or 2 then you are hwid banned

How long will the flagged last? Like how long until I can link wn Xbox account to pc without it being banned ? Or is it for good

After the shadow lifts after 7-10 days should be able to play on them again with no problem.

When I switch your account from pc to console or vice versa I heard you get a shadow regardless sometimes
