XP lobbies lvl 1000 max guns/camos etc?

I see the lobbies for sale on youtube all the time when im looking to level fast. Are these legit? Do you get banned for them? Are there free ones out there? I just got into COD and wouldnt mind maxing my level and what not I just bought the game to play with my wrestling team.

the chance is very low the guy who made this lobby have a high(er) chance or getting bannned.
